นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศ และภายนอกประเทศ

เมื่อได้รับคำสั่งซื้อ ทางร้านจะดำเนินการเตรียมสินค้าเพื่อจัดส่งภายใน 1-3 วันทำการ โดยใช้บริการขนส่งของบริษัทไปรษณีย์ไทย หรือบริการขนส่งของบริษัทอื่นๆตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการเพิ่มเติม หลังจากส่งสินค้าแล้ว ท่านจะได้รับใบเสร็จหรือหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ (Tracking number) ทางอีเมล เพื่อให้สามารถตรวจสอบสถานะพัสดุได้ตลอดเวลา
กรณีที่การขนส่งล่าช้า: โปรดตรวจสอบสถานะพัสดุผ่านหมายเลขติดตามที่ท่านได้รับ และหากพบปัญหาใด ๆ ท่านสามารถติดต่อบริษัทขนส่งในพื้นที่ของท่านโดยตรง ทางร้านไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบความล่าช้าจากปัญหาของบริษัทขนส่งได้
ประเภทการจัดส่งมี 2 รูปแบบ:

    1. การจัดส่งแบบธรรมดา: เหมาะสำหรับลูกค้าที่ไม่เร่งด่วน ใช้เวลาในการจัดส่งนานกว่าประเภทด่วนเล็กน้อย ภายในประเทศอาจใช้เวลาประมาณ 3 - 7 วันทำการ ขึ้นอยู่กับที่อยู่ปลายทาง และ นอกประเทศอาจใช้เวลาประมาณ 15 - 30 วันทำการ ขึ้นอยู่กับที่อยู่ปลายทาง
    2. การจัดส่งแบบด่วน (EMS): เหมาะสำหรับลูกค้าที่ต้องการสินค้ารวดเร็ว โดยใช้เวลาในการจัดส่งภายในประเทศประมาณ 1-3 วันทำการ ขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่การจัดส่ง และ ใช้เวลาในการจัดส่งนอกประเทศประมาณ 5 - 7 วันทำการ ขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่การจัดส่ง

ข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่ง:

  • ลูกค้าควรตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่อยู่จัดส่งให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ หากข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วนหรือผิดพลาด และส่งผลให้พัสดุถูกส่งกลับ ลูกค้าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งใหม่ทั้งหมด
    • หากท่านไม่สะดวกในการชำระค่าจัดส่งใหม่ รายการสั่งซื้อจะถูกยกเลิก และจะมีการหักค่าธรรมเนียม 5% ของยอดรวมสินค้า โดยค่าธรรมเนียมนี้ทางร้านจะคิดเพิ่มจากยอดรวมทั้งหมด

หากการจัดส่งสินค้ามีขนาดใหญ่หรือสินค้าพิเศษ:

สำหรับสินค้าขนาดใหญ่หรือสินค้าที่มีน้ำหนักมาก อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งเพิ่มเติม ทั้งนี้จะมีการแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ และการจัดส่งอาจใช้เวลานานกว่าปกติ ขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่และประเภทของสินค้า

การขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ :

สำหรับการจัดส่งไปยังต่างประเทศ ทางร้านจะใช้บริการขนส่งไปรษณีย์ไทยเป็นหลัก การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ขึ้นอยู่กับประเทศปลายทางและน้ำหนักของสินค้า ลูกค้าควรตรวจสอบภาษีศุลกากรและค่าธรรมเนียมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประเทศของตน เพราะทางร้านไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเหล่านี้ได้

Shipping Policy for Domestic and International Orders

Upon receiving an order, we will prepare the items for shipping within 1-3 business days. We primarily use Thailand Post or other shipping services as requested by the customer. After shipping, you will receive a receipt or tracking number via email so you can check the status of your package at any time.

In Case of Shipping Delays:

Please check the status of your package using the tracking number provided. If you encounter any issues, you can directly contact the shipping company in your area, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Shipping Methods:

1. Standard Shipping:

   • Suitable for non-urgent customers.
   • Domestic shipping may take approximately 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
   • International shipping may take approximately 15-30 business days, depending on the destination.

2. Express Shipping (EMS):

   • Ideal for customers who need their items quickly.
   • Domestic shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on the delivery area.
   • International shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, depending on the delivery area.

Shipping Terms:

• Customers should verify that the shipping address is correct and complete before placing an order. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in the package being returned, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs.
• If you are unable to pay the new shipping fee, the order will be canceled, and a 5% fee of the total amount will be deducted. This fee will be added to the total amount.

For Large or Special Items:

For large or heavy items, additional shipping costs may apply. Customers will be informed before confirming the order, and delivery may take longer than usual, depending on the area and type of product.

International Shipping:

For international deliveries, we primarily use Thailand Post. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the items. Customers should check customs duties and related fees in their country, as we cannot be responsible for these costs.
